Upsy Daisy again..

Posted by PicasaI never seem to tire of this set. I done a few things to make the flowers look like that have a "shadow"....so much more effective in real life. I used a Stampin' Up marker in Basic Black to add depth to the image. And I stamped the image twice...once with a full load of ink and again, slightly over the the right and without reinking.

Melon and Olive...

Posted by PicasaPunches and die cuts using the Big Shot help this simple card get "kicked up a notch". I CASE'ed this idea from someone, just can't remember who.

Ornament Punch vase...

Posted by Picasa
I love how the new Ornament Punch , will punch out the stamped images from the coordinating stamp set. But what I love even more, is other uses for the punch. This time I punched the "vase" from blue CS. I trimmed off a the bottom of the "ornament" to make it resemble a vase. Stamped flowers from "Friends 24/7" set and colored all with colored pencils.

No Groovy Guava...no problem...

I needed one sheet of retired Groovy Guava CS for this card. Couldn't find enough for all 17 ladies to punch the flowers. No problem. I swiped the Guava ink pad across a piece of Whisper White CS and achieved an even more interesting look. Click for a closer peek of the flowers.

Posted by PicasaAfter seeing others coloring their Cardinal to resemble a Blue Jay, I gave it a try. I like them both. How 'bout you?

Catalog C.A.S.E. ...

Posted by Picasa
I held a Stamp A Stack recently and this is one of the 15 cards the ladies made. I CASED it from the Stampin' Up catalog and simplified it, slightly. The ladies made 5 of each 3 designs.

one too many..

Posted by PicasaI prepared my class sample and realized I only had enough CS for 16 of this card. I had 17 sign up, so we didn't make this card for Halloween. I'm going to use this for a birthday card for one of the men in my family that love skulls. I will stamp a happy birthday greeting on a scrap of light green CS and punch it with the Word Window punch and layer over the Halloween greeting.
