Although this photo doesn't show these cute Scallop Notes very well...they are really sweet. Scallop edges are all the rage. I made this note card for a Party I held recently. No cutting, scoring or stamping involved. I simply applied Stampin Up Rub-ons! These are superior quality, in my opinion. This was a fun, easy project.
